Art Design Gallery (the "Gallery") evolved from Yvonne Grassie's real life gallery, Salo Design, in Coconut Grove, Florida. Imagine a bright, colorful gallery with musical chimes in the background and irresistible pieces of affordable art all arou nd. At Salo Design, they carry pieces by up to 200 artists at a time, and they wanted to feature a few of those for a wider audience. They do not carry paintings or photographs in the Gallery but, rather, individually crafted pieces of ceramics, fused gla ss, wood, jewelry and stained glass, among others. The Gallery is the perfect place to find unique gifts which will be treasured for years to come. Salo Design has been around for 28 years and they still have people come in to tell them about a favorite pair of earrings or a piece of glass they bought at the store 15 or 20 years ago. That's what will happen when you enter Art Design Gallery. It will quickly become your favorite gift destination.

The Gallery features pieces by artists from around the United States, each of whom designs and produces some of the finest work you will see anywhere. They currently have work by seven artists on display. These include stained glass sconces, mirrors an d candle holders by Richard Macdonald, 3-D silver and gold earrings and pins by Glenda Lundgren, ceramic fish, whale, bird and pelican mobiles by Hazel Olsen, colorful niobium jewelry by Holly Yashi, whimsical clocks by Wendy Costa, sterling, gold and gem stone earrings by Emily Hoag, and fused glass bowls, platters and clocks by Peggy Karr.

Each month they will add two to four new artists to the Gallery and change the pieces offered by existing artists as they come up with new designs If you feel more comfortable talking to them directly, they have provided all my phone number and address information for you at the end of their order form. Take the time to visit the Art Design Gallery and enjoy the art. This is just the sort of place we all love to browse through during vacations. Now you can have it at your fingertips whenever you want!
