It really amazes me how much a slight change in any currency's value can make. Sadly, I think that many people and families cannot afford to take a vacation to other countries in many cases thanks to their weaker than expected currency. Sometimes I think that it would be nice if there was just one world currency - that would make things a little easier.

Although I have traveled extensively in Europe...a vacation to Latin America Country would be quite the treat. My only concern is the political environment such as Northern Mexico and the like.

Useful tips indeed which I can add to my blog. I'm a frequent flyer myself but never thought of the exchange rate that much when exchanging currency.
