Depósito: Deposit
Depósito de confianza: Escrow (rough translation)
Escritura notarial: Contract
Escritura de compraventa notarial: Purchase contract
Fideicomiso: Trust
Finca: Farm, country property
Firma de escritura de compraventa (rough translation)
Gastos: Expenses
Hipoteca: Mortgage
Impuestos: Taxes
