“ Pura Vida Mae”, we use to greet, to say god buy, when something is cool or nice, to refer to somebody who is a nice person, hot girl , “this girl is Pura Vida.”
This idiomatic expression has became an icon of of culture, and lifestyle.
Because, in this country, we live the life without the stress and rush common in the big cities of the world, we are always late for meetings, anyways, we do nota have enough bridges and highways to get there on time, so most of the time we are late on purpose, in order to maintain the pattern.

However, we are learning little by little to deal with expats and tourists, and trying to get theirs business, in that cases being in time is being “Pura Vida” to them, and the first important step to survive in the our industry, not using the Pura Vida style as an excuse to provide a lousy service.

So in Costa Rica “ Pure Life”, for all the tourist and expats who want to share part of their life in the country of the Pura Vida and the “Gallo Pinto”.
